Lime mortar repointing, not Portland cement. Plaster repair on lath where it makes sense.

Sash window restoration before replacement. Storms and weatherstripping where the originals are sound.

We keep the rest of your house liveable while we work — floor-to-ceiling dust barriers around the work zone, floor protection on every path, HEPA-filtered air scrubbers when sanding or cutting, and the site swept and reset before the crew leaves each day.
