Zoning and feasibility check first — lot coverage, setbacks, parking, services. Some lots work, some don't.

Permit drawings coordinated with the City of Kingston's ARU pathway.

Foundation and services (water, sewer, hydro) installed properly the first time, not retrofit later.

We keep the rest of your house liveable while we work — floor-to-ceiling dust barriers around the work zone, floor protection on every path, HEPA-filtered air scrubbers when sanding or cutting, and the site swept and reset before the crew leaves each day.
