Mechanical ventilation sized to the room and ducted outside, not into the attic.

Tile setting by a tradesperson who's been with us for years. Straight grout lines, level thresholds.

We keep the rest of your house liveable while we work — floor-to-ceiling dust barriers around the work zone, floor protection on every path, HEPA-filtered air scrubbers when sanding or cutting, and the site swept and reset before the crew leaves each day.

Fixtures, glass and finishes specified before demo so the schedule doesn't stall waiting on backorders.
