How we run a basements project.

    Moisture and water assessment first — interior weeping tile, exterior waterproofing or a sump system if needed.

  2. 02

    Proper insulation against the limestone or block, with the vapour control detail done correctly.

  3. 03

    Engineered framing on a flat, level subfloor — not on top of whatever the existing slab does.

  4. 04

    We keep the rest of your house liveable while we work — floor-to-ceiling dust barriers around the work zone, floor protection on every path, HEPA-filtered air scrubbers when sanding or cutting, and the site swept and reset before the crew leaves each day.

  5. 05

    Egress windows, ventilation and electrical brought up to current code as part of the scope, not as add-ons.
